What time can I pick up the camper?

What time do I have to return the camper?
Friday night by 18 noon at the latest. Pick-up times and days can differ in the low or mid season – feel free to phone and discuss it with us.
How does the camper handle hilly or mountainous terrain?
The camper does have a bit of trouble getting up hills and mountains. This has got to do with the weight of the camper, plus people and luggage. You do get to the top in the end but not as quickly as you would with your own car. Luckily, you’re on holiday, and if your doing it right, not in a hurry!
How many free kilometres do we have?
Can I fit a childs seat in the camper?
Yes, on the back seat, using the seat belt as well as an extra tightening strap (available from stock).
Cab I connect my iPod or MP3 player to the carradio CD player?
The radio CD player has an iPod slot so you can listen to your favourite music on holiday!
Is smoking allowed in the camper?
Smoking is not allowed indoors. We want to keep the camper as pleasant and fresh as possible for our customers.
Do I have to bring my own bed linen?
Do we have to fill the camper with gas for the fridge and the cooker?
Before you leave we make sure there is enough gas in the tank to last you for the whole of your holiday.
What are the start and finish times of the rental period?
From Saturday 10 a.m. to Friday 18 p.m. Between friday night and saturday morning, the mechanic can check the camper and we can clean it if necessary.
What extra's can I hire along with the camper?
Our aim is to make everything as easy as we can for you, which means you can hire the following extras: awning (€ 25), table and chairs (€ 25), side tent (€ 25), bicycle rack and 2 bikes (€ 75), pans, plates, cutlery, etc. (€ 25), chemical toilet (€ 25), mosquito curtain (€ 25) and a TomTom navigation system (€ 50). Prices are per rental period.
What should I do if I have a breakdown?
Make 2 phone calls: 1 to the ANWB breakdown service and 1 to us. Through our IRK company membership, you have insurance coverage for international breakdowns, towing and replacement vehicle services (the replacement vehicle is unfortunately not always a camper).
Can I use my navigation system in the camper?
The camper is equipped with a 12 volt lighter socket for navigation systems.
Is there a radio CD player in the camper?
Yes, all campers have radio CD players.
